Things to note
- Portfolio, Entity, and website address information is sourced from the PGPA Flipchart managed by the Department of Finance.
- Information is sourced from individual entity Enterprise Agreements, Terms and Conditions or their equivalent agreement on their respective websites or agreement listed on the Fair Work Commission website through the Find an enterprise agreement tool.
- Not all entities within the Flipchart engage staff under the Public Service Act 1999 or related legislation. See the Key to Symbols within the PGPA Flipchart at #1.
- Entities that do not provide their Enterprise Agreement publicly, cannot be found online, do not operate as a regular entity, or do not engage staff as per #3 are not listed in the filters below. These entities can be found at the bottom of the page, grouped by Portfolio.
- Entities may not have closedown or equivalents due to operational requirements, variances in agreements or other reasons.
- Where known, acronyms for entities have been included. This will be incomplete.
- Where an entity has clearly indicated that recruitment, conditions or an enterprise agreement is from another entity, then that information is reflected in the listing.
- Example: The Net Zero Economy Authority indicates on their website that non-SES employees are covered by the employment conditions under the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C) Enterprise Agreement so PM&C information is listed.
- Where an entity has changed names, remit, or other, the relevant identified agreement will be listed with its entity name at the time of the enterprise agreement decision.
- Example: The Administrative Review Tribunal website references the Administrative Appeals Tribunal enterprise agreement so this information is listed.
- This information has been collated to:
- Get an overview of how much information is available around closedowns at the end of the calendar year across the Australian Public Service entities on the PGPA Flipchart (Commonwealth only).
- How much information is recorded within the respective enterprise agreements.
- Understand the variance in titles/labelling and amount of detail related to closedowns.
- Where listed, information on any closedown times.
- Where enterprise agreements have no explicit listing or heading for closedown, shutdown or similar language, they will be marked as "No" in the Closedown column. Depending on the information in their agreement, a quasi-closedown may exist.
- There is no guarantee for the currency and accuracy of the information listed. Always double check the relevant agreements. All information is sourced from publicly available sources.
- Changes, corrections, fixes, suggestions can ONLY be submitted via the project's GitHub issues queue. As per #10, information will only be added if there is a public available source.
- Information is listed as a table and best viewed on medium to large screens. It has been made responsive for mobile as practical as possible.
- Some, but not all, enterprise agreements list their publications as CC BY 4.0 within the agreements. You should review the agreements in full and should refer to entities individual copyright pages on their respective websites for more information and licenses. There is no claim to ownership of content or endorsement by the authors in how content has been used in this application.
